Student Council

The Student Council at Hope School and College plays an important role in ensuring that pupils have a voice and can contribute to decisions that affect their school experience. The council provides opportunities for pupils of all abilities to share their views, ideas and opinions through accessible communication methods that meet their individual needs. Members work alongside staff to help improve the school environment, promote inclusion, support fundraising activities and celebrate pupil achievements. Through participation in the Student Council, pupils develop confidence, communication skills, independence and an understanding of citizenship, helping them to become active members of their school community.
